Lawsuit Alleges Decades of Sexual Abuse at Arkansas Youth Facility

On November 6, 2023, Gillispie Law Firm, in conjunction with Chicago-based firm Romanucci and Blandin LLC., filed a lawsuit against The Lord’s Ranch and its operators, including Ted Suhl, former head of the now-defunct faith-based rehabilitation camp and treatment center. This initial complaint alleges multiple counts of sexual and physical abuse perpetrated by former Lord’s Ranch head counselor: Emmett Alden Presley. This is the first complaint of multiple to be filed in this lawsuit.
