Green & Gillispie is a law firm committed to the needs of persons injured in automobile and other personal injury accidents, and to those individuals who have experienced sexual abuse by teachers, health care providers, coaches, mentors, religious figures, or any other person or organization. Because of the COVID-19 crisis, we are altering some of our operations but with assurances that the high quality of our representation and dedication to our clients will remain the same. While we are not seeing clients on a face-to-face basis for the time being, everything that we do for our clients will be handled with little disruption.
The following are changes to how we will be conducting our law office practices now and for the coming weeks and months until this crisis is over:
The great majority of personal injury cases do not require any court appearance at all, so any required appearances will pertain to just a few of our clients. If you do have to make an appearance, it will be by phone and more than likely be very brief in most cases, and an attorney will be on the phone with you at all times.
Because of the current situation, we may experience some delays in obtaining records or other documents; however, we will be working on all existing and new cases as attentively and zealously as we did before this crisis began.
Please be assured that if you have a new personal injury or sexual abuse claim we can handle your case as expeditiously as ever. Please contact us by phone or email. We will discuss your matter without the need for personal contact. Our office has the technology to handle each and every aspect of your case with little if any disruption or significant delays in most instances.
Green & Gillispie remains dedicated to justice and to obtaining deserved compensation for our clients who were injured in an accident or who have suffered emotional distress from sexual abuse. We were the first law firm in the State of Arkansas to successfully hold the Catholic Church responsible for its knowledge and cover-up of sexual abuse by Arkansas priests, and are known statewide for our success and dedication to our clients in these types of cases. Despite the current situation, our office continues to investigate, file claims, and fight for those who have needlessly suffered and to see that they are well-compensated for their physical and emotional injuries.
If you have any questions or concerns about your present case or have a new claim or matter, please call us or send an email and we will promptly respond. Our attorneys and staff are here for you and will continue to work diligently and aggressively to resolve your case and to achieve a favorable disposition.
In the meantime, we urge our clients and their families to continue to follow social distancing practices and hygiene and to only venture from home for essential activities. If we all cooperate, we can hopefully come through this sooner than later.
